Our Video Essay is meant to showcase how these mobile phones have developed since the 90s/2000s when they were used mainly to make phone calls to the smartphones that we use today and then to bring back the life of these cell phones again in the future after recycling them rather than throwing them away. The Video Essay is built by re-using de-moded media, reanimation, internet archives, and archives of old retro commercials.
